Fundraiser Commitee Meeting- Be Part of the Team!

We are developing a fundraiser committee for Lassen D.E.N. Be part of the team!  At the meeting we will discuss upcoming fundraisers and the help we need with those, as well as brainstorm with you about new fundraising ideas. Can you help with one fundraiser for an hour? Can you help with several fundraisers? Do you have the skills to head up a fundraiser, and lead a team to do the planning and implementing? We can use you! This is a great opportunity to make your mark on the community by building something amazing!

Goodies for a Good Cause

The bake sale on Feb. 13 had a great turn out! We raised just over $300 with sales and donations. Thank you to everyone who donated baked goods and who bought them!

Zumbathon Charity Event- What A Success!

Our Zumbathon Charity Event Fundraiser was so fun!  We danced for 2 hours (well, some of you did. That was hard!) and had a potluck afterwards.  We raised $280 after paying to use the Elk's Lodge.  We still have a long way to go, but that was a great (and fun!) start!  
Thank you to Lauren Morley, Yolanda Smith and Monica Irvin for putting on the AMAZING Zumbathon Charity Event last night! Thank you Lauren and Yolanda for putting SO MUCH work into selling tickets, getting the word out, working out last minute kinks and setting up. Thank you to Customer Talk Printable Merchandise for donating the printing of the tickets! Thank you Tony Smith for helping us set up. Thank you to Rushelle at the Elk's Lodge for working with us. Thank you to Janessa Mcnutt and Ashley for having your Scentsy table there. Thank you Michelle Williams for providing the cord so the instructors could hook up their ipods to the sound system. Thank you to Melissa Blosser at Susanville Stuff, Sam Williams at Lassen County Times and Chris Montgomery at JDX for helping us spread the word. Thank you to Lena Oliver for donating the disco ball. And a huge THANK YOU to everyone who bought tickets and came to the zumbathon!

We are Devoted to Excellence in Neighborhoods, Inc. Or for short, just call us Lassen D.E.N. as our goal is to benefit all the families of Lassen County.
